Now working with Danielle Jacobs and Seth Hill (FloFox), they are offering classes for adults and children, providing workshops and entertainment at local events and birthday parties, and selling quality handmade dance hoops and accessories!...So if you want to truly enjoy your workout, reconnect your mind and body, and find your unique groove, hop into a hoop and give it a whirl!!

We are beginning to practice with flow wands, also known as levi-sticks or magicians canes!...The flow patterns are very similar to the hoops, and we will eventually incorporate the wands with our hoops, stay tuned!
